CUSTOMER SERVICE/HEALTHCARE-FULL TIME LEAD CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

(LCS) is a growing home healthcare organization that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our integrated respiratory care, durable medical equipment, and infusion therapy patients. We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Lead to supervise our Customer Care Sales Program, in our San Diego corporate location.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, that is not only passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our patients, but can also identify additional patient needs for our other product lines and lead a team of 10 staff members.

Duties include:

• Provide excellent customer service and achieve outstanding sales growth for the team.
. Provide leadership and direction for the Customer Care Respiratory Team.
Implements processes to ensure accurate and timely patient calls, follow-up, order entry, shipping and billing
• Contact patients in the company database for reorders of CPAP supplies.
• Communicate with physicians and payers to obtain prescriptions and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Effectively communicate with LifeCare Solutions Pharmacies, reimbursement, customer service, and field sales in Branches in CA, WA and AZ.
• Comply with all professional, regulatory and government regulations.

Requirements:
• The candidate must be highly motivated with excellent customer service skills and desire to achieve exceptional sales results.
• Customer Service experience and strong telephone skills are a must.
• Product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
