It’s time to get in shape! There is no excuse; this class is fun, reasonable, and effective. We use a combination of Yoga, Pilates, light weights, stretching, aerobics and core strengthening to get you burning calories and toning muscles. We work in a studio and outside breathing fresh air near Morley Field.
Bring a mat, towel, 5-8lb hand weights and a jump rope if you have one.
