Agent “E” is an internet entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant. His current missions include running several online companies. He also coaches and trains entrepreneurs and authors; providing internet, product development and ecommerce consulting.
This is an extremely rewarding position for someone who loves to learn, has a passion for details and is excited by the thought of internet marketing, and web based businesses. You will work from home (or wherever you desire), so you must be a responsible, self-starter.

• Ideal: Web publishing skills. Do not need to be full-fledged web designer, but at minimum, the ability to edit pages (or the desire to quickly learn how to). PHP skills are a bonus.
Assuming the raw skills are present, Agent “E” will train in operations. He owns a MASSIVE library of personal development, business, marketing and related training products and programs that will accelerate your skills and knowledge in ways you might not imagine! If you are willing to read, study, & listen, you will learn lucrative skills that are not taught in college or grad school.
Responsibilities include:
• Making sure wingman / wingwoman completes every mission he / she accepts
• Answer phones, follow-up
• Listen to, watch and proof audio and video programs. Submit to web through simple software.
• Manage client flow, communicate with customers, keep track of large database.
• Scheduling
• Manage online shopping cart / data basing system
• Copywriting
• Web publishing / editing of web pages.
• Interfacing with outsourced agencies (some overseas).
• Managing and responding to e-mail
• Online marketing assistance
• Learning new skills
• Many other activities, too numerous to describe in detail
Work Location
• Located in Bonita, CA. You will come here at least once a week. You will work from mostly from home.
• Flexible hours, 1 day full time here, 3-4 days part time at home
• Anticipated 20-30 hours per week initially, growing into full-time
Pay varies depending on experience and expertise. Bonuses will be provided to the candidate who measurably increases revenue.

Why I need help:
I am growing a new business that has unlimited upside and potential. I am very good at coaching and speaking, but am not good with details and the day-to-day running of operations surrounding this business.
I know I can find someone who will love to focus on the daily maintenance and details associated with running and helping me grow this business.
Here are some of the tasks you’d do on a daily basis:
• Managing multiple online shopping carts
• Customer follow-up (thanking them, asking questions)
• Contacting customers with failed credit card transactions and either running them manually or asking them to try again
• Checking multiple e-mail support accounts and handling support requests
• Managing an online customer service center
• Basic web publishing, making edits / changes to web pages.
• Interfacing job requests and outsourcing work to vendors. Managing and coordinating updates & services for multiple clients.
• Writing basic marketing copy based on existing sales letters
• Coordinating with web / graphic designers
• Editing
• General copywriting
• Responding to e-mails
• Creating accounts on various services (like user IDs, passwords, etc.)

Hours required:
• 20-30 per week, could develop into a full-time position
Time required for availability:
• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time
• Some check-in needed during weekends to check for emergency support issues (online businesses do not “stand still” on weekends – you will not be required to work on Sunday - ever)
• Some flexibility as long as you’re responsive and get your work done
Primary Qualities Desired in a Virtual Assistant:
1. Know how to “think” and make pragmatic decisions. If you’re just an order-taker, and need constant direction or supervision, this is NOT the right job for you. You will need to be able to make decisions in my absence.
2. Is responsible - shows up on time and keeps me informed
3. Must be willing to keep their eyes on the business (especially in the event of emergencies or customer service issues). Note: I am often gone for weeks at a time, and often don’t check e-mail or phones for a week to 10 days. I need someone who I can trust and can make decisions in my absence.
4. Is absolutely dedicated and committed to learning new skills and constantly wants to improve their life.
5. You absolutely, positively MUST NOT BE A FLAKE. If you EVER just disappear without an explanation or simply don’t show up without informing me, that will immediately terminate our relationship
6. Good news is best. Bad news is fine. No news is NEVER OK. I need to know what’s going on
7. Consistency. Your ability to create workflows and schedule yourself to perform specific consistent tasks consistently is critical to our success
8. Replication. Your value to me increases if you are able to identify workflows that can be done by someone else, be able to create a documented workflow and find someone to accomplish those tasks so you can work on other tasks and projects that are more important, more critical and have higher value. Your ability to “work yourself out of one job and into another” will affect our long-term relationship and your income
9. Detail-oriented and note-taker. You ABSOLUTELY are a note-taker. If you find yourself asking the same question more than once or can’t find your notes, you’re not the right person for this job. I expect to tell you something once and for you to handle it from there.

I launch several businesses per year and personally coach approximately 100-200 business owners every year. I need someone who can think on their feet and keep everything & everyone organized.
Things and Software You Need and Need to Work With Me
1. A high-quality computer that’s fast and works properly. I don’t want to hear excuses about an old computer, a machine that crashes frequently or isn’t running the most recent operating system. If you aren’t running on a quality system, don’t bother responding to this ad
2. A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable modem or DSL)
3. You need to be an “expert browser user” and know how to navigate the web and find information quickly. Google is your best friend
4. Have used online web-based software applications. I have my own web based software which you will use as well as several online shopping carts.
5. You must be proficient and ideally, an expert at Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
6. Ideally, you web design experience and are proficient at either Microsoft Front Page, Dreamweaver, or Expression Web. Basic HTML experience highly desirable, but not required. If you do, Dreamweaver (PHP) experience is a big plus
7. Knowledge of how to upload and manage files on a server with FTP is important

In other words, if you are consistent and a self-starter, you’ll do just fine. If I need to constantly ask you “is this done yet?”, we won’t last long together.
