Northern California based small (DGS Certified) engineering and construction firm seeks to merge with same to cover larger geographical area and to take on larger and more lucrative engineering and construction projects. Existing clients range in size from Caltrans and large school districts to small municipalities and private developers and private individuals. Existing firm has large client base and is experienced in all phases of civil and environmental engineering, construction management, surveying and general engineering and building construction.
