Position
ValoreBooks.com is searching for a manager to operate and manage a small warehouse operation for valorebooks.com’s Ship To Us program. The ideal candidate will be highly intelligent, driven and will have past management experience. This position will be full-time, with an average of 35 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a team of 3 to 5 warehouse employees
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage and monitor all inventory and employee performance

Qualifications
- 1+ year of management/supervisor experience
- Associates degree or higher
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive initiatives and competing priorities
- Flexible, continuous learner who works well in a team environment and appreciates challenge

Personal Qualities
- Highly ambitious
- Frugal
- Efficient
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of activities and drive them to completion
