Call Center Supervisor Needed!
California Marketing has been in business for 25 years and continues to grow!
We have a 132 seat, primarily outbound, call center and we need a dynamic call center supervisor who is available to start immediately
Must have experience developing, motivating and coaching a team, preferably in a call center environment
Lead Generating or Sales experience Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
You will be managing a team that generates loan modification and debt settlement leads for our sales team
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the daily activities of a group of 20-30 Lead Generation Agents
Monitor, coach, motivate and develop staff
Create and maintain key performance measurements
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong team leadership and staff development skills and experience
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
Ability to establish and document appropriate policy and procedures and
develop key performance measurements
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Compensation:
Hourly plus commission, potential of up to 60k in first year
