CEO Search:
We are confidentially looking for a CEO for a service company here in San Diego. The company has been one of the largest and fastest growing in their industry in the last several years. They had been growing about 15 – 20% per year while maintaining a stable operation, however this year they are down about 15% and are looking at revenues just under $10MM range. The owner would like to bring someone in who can help them get back to where they were and continue to grow as the market improves. The CEO will be responsible for the operations of 3 offices. This position will oversee sales, operations, Human Resources, manage the P&L and financial aspects of the company as well as strategic planning. Initially, the CEO will need to spend most of their time on the sales side.
The company offers a competitive benefit plan and a bonus contingent on company growth.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has been in a small company who has managed the full financial aspects as well as operations of a company and has a track record of growing a company. The operations piece requires someone who has worked in a service organization and has been responsible for IT and facilities. This position will also require heavy supervisory experience.
Must have an MBA.
