Sr. Business Process Analyst

Job Description:
Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business cases for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology.
- Develop & initiate implementation plans for process improvement. Manage these plans; providing status, communication frameworks, evaluating issues and risks.
- Support senior executives in the development and execution of organization's strategic objectives and operational processes.
- Work with minimal guidance; seeking guidance on only the most complex task.
- Quickly translate concepts into practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders to perform workflow engineering and complete operational impact assessments.
- Create methodologies and frameworks for optimizing efficiency in the organization.
- Create executive level presentations.
- Collect and coordinate documentation and process model/workflow feedback from internal employees.
- Collect and proof documentation of processes, templates, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, define, document, communicate, and provide training on internal business processes.
- Document existing and recommend improved business processes.
- Provide consultative services to management regarding policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of prior professional experience in business process improvement, strategic planning and management consulting experience is required.
- Proven experience leading cross functional project teams using project management tools, such as Microsoft Project/Rally.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile project methodology required.
- Extensive experience in writing process documentation using Visio, PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Exposure to a BPM Tools Suite is desirable.
- Experience in portfolio management processes is a plus.
- Professionalism and ability to work well, both as a leader and a team member is required.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent. Masters in Business Administration preferred.
