1994 Silverton Express 310, recent haul out and drive work.
This boat is in fine shape and very spacious for a 31' cruiser. Beam is 11.5'!!! Full galley, head, and two berths. Plenty of room. Slip is transferable. Engines have 150 hours since rebuild.

Outdrive baffles, oil, and ujoints serviced and units painted and new anodes May 2008, New starters installed March 2008, impellers replaced, new trim cylinders in Feb 2007. New bottom paint Feb 2007. New upholstery and a full cockpit enclosure was added in 2005. New starting batteries installed late 2004 and 2007, new house battery in 2003. There is approximately 115 hours on rebuilt engines that were installed in 2003. This very clean boat is nicely equipped with a Raymarine GPS/Depth Sounder and Heart Inverter.
The cockpit has 3 seating areas. A double wide helm seat and an aft facing bench seat. Plenty of room to allow for fishing or water sports. There is a cockpit wetbar and the cockpit table can convert to a sunpad. A walk-thru windshield allows for easy bow access. Below as you enter, is the head and galley to port and a u-shaped settee & table opposite. Forward is a double stateroom. Aft is another seating area that converts to a stateroom.
