The Property Manager will:


- Handle the operations and financial activities of commercial portfolio of R&D, industrial and office properties in the San Diego portfolio.


The Property Manager will be responsible for:


- Budgeting, reforecasting, variance reporting, CAM Reconciliations.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants.
- Providing direction and guidance to Assistant Property Manager and other support staff.
- Building relationships with vendors and brokers.



What you need:

- In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principals of property management.
- Construction management and leasing experience.
- An overall understanding of underwriting strategies and ROI for portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, Kardin, Argus and MRI a plus.
- A minimum of five years in relevant work experience in managing commercial properties.
- A four-year degree is a plus.
