I have a year round fun package to trade for a Jeep Wrangler. I have a 1997 Seadoo SPX personal water craft with a trailer. The ski is in excellent condition, stock with no rust. A new battery was put in February 28,2008 so it's ready to ride. The tags are good until December 2009. I also have a 2004 Honda XR400 dirt bike in excellent condition. The engine is stock but the bike has an after market heavy duty aluminum skid plate, heavy duty Moose Racing USA hand guards and tool bag, and I just put in a new front tire tube. The green sicker is good until June 2009. I figure the combined value for this deal is $6500. What I am looking for is a working condition ready to go Jeep Wrangler, no work in progress projects please. I would like is a clean titled 1996 or newer with coil spring suspension, 4wd, 4cy, 5sp, with working a/c or what do you have to offer?. I have a Tungsten E Palm Pilot with the Enfora Wifi Case and an External Battery Charger for those long Flights to far away places. It comes with an SD Card Slot. What it does not come with is a USB Sync cable but that can be picked up from most any computer store (USB to miniplug) and a browser for browsing the internet but there are ones available online for a price. It may or may not come with Documents to go on the Tungsten CD (I'm not sure). Otherwise this is a great unit. I just have no use for it anymore as I have a Treo 700wx from Sprint.

I also have a SpyFinder Personal Hidden Camera Locater. These still retail for $190 at Spy and Security Shops. How it works is you look through the eye piece and press the button in which a red light flashes and if you scan an area where there is a hidden camera pointed at you then there is no mistaking it - you will see it flash back at you as demonstrated to me in the shop.

I am willing to trade something for these items either individually or as a lump trade or sell them to you (make me an offer). Things I would consider:

We have a queen size sleigh bed we have used less than a year. We moved into a condo with small bedrooms and it just takes up way too much space. We purchased last year at MOR furniture for $300. It's in good condition with a few scratches here and there. The middle plank cracked but can easily fixed and the bed still holds up fine. We actually didn't even know it was broken until we decided to disassemble it. The bed is a beautiful deep color with some red to it, although I don't think it can really be called "cherry."

I have a nice, larger corner desk. Each side or the table is six feet long from the corner to tip.
Left side has double cabinet with a lock.
Right side has Top Door and bottom drawer.
Center has pull out keyboard holder. I will help you load and might deliver for $20 locally. Mine does not have the shelf on top like the picture and mine has a slightly darker wood stain than the picture.

This is a great 1994 ski boat or an all around pleasure boat. It includes a Euro-style swim platform with ladder, a ski pylon, built in fuel tank and a stylish instrumentation package. The hull is of a bowrider style configuration.

It seats approximately 5 people and also has a sun bathing platform (with loads of storage underneath).

The 90hp Johnson 2 stroke outboard motor includes power tilt and trim for easy lifting and lowering of the outboard engine and it also include Johnson's automatic oil mixture system so you do not have to manually mix the gas & oil. Motor has lower hours!

The boat and motor are in excellent condition. The carpeting is excellent as well but the upholstery could use replacing in the future.

If the upholstery was in perfect shape, the boat would be worth between $5,500.00 to $6,500.00 .

I will sell the boat for cash at a "much lower price" or am open to trades.

The DIVA-2000 Wireless Local Loop is a fully integrated digital cellular radio communications system designed to provide basic telephone service to residential and small business subscribers in fixed locations. Operating in the 800 MHz band (824-849/869-894 MHz), the DIVA-2000 can be deployed to create a high-capacity macrocellular network connecting its subscribers to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) directly through the local exchange.

Four major system elements constitute the DIVA-2000:

The System Management Software (SMS) provides centralized control and monitoring of a DIVA-2000 network, including the functions of configuration, fault, and performance management.
The Radio/Switch Controller (RSC) directly links the DIVA-2000 subscribers to
the local exchange of the PSTN and supports call traffic throughout a DIVA-2000 network.

The Modular Base Station (MBS) supports the radio interface to the DIVA-2000 subscribers, where multiple MBS�s are deployed at one or more DIVA-2000 base station sites define the wireless network�s coverage and capacity.

The Subscriber Unit (SU) offers a standard telephone line interface to the subscriber and provides wireless connectivity via the DIVA-2000 to the PSTN.

These system elements may be deployed as needed to support the coverage and capacity requirements for a specific application.

All DIVA-2000 SU�s within range of the base station sites can receive service. The range depends on many variables, including the base station antenna height and the local propagation characteristics, but, in rural environments, ranges of approximately 20 kilometers or more are possible.

The DIVA-2000 operates in the 800 MHz band, using the same transmit and receive frequencies as Advanced Mobile Phone System (AMPS) analog cellular networks deployed throughout the world. Operation of the DIVA-2000 in the 800 MHz band allows its deployment in regions where these frequencies are unused or under-utilized. For example, a region may use NMT, TACS, or ETACS analog cellular networks that operate outside the 800 MHz band. Even if an AMPS network is in place, the DIVA-2000 used the same channel assignments as AMPS and can co-exist and share the 800MHz band with operating AMPS networks if the spectrum is under-utilized, especially in areas outside high-density urban centers. Alternatively, a region may employ or plan to employ newer digital cellular technologies such as GSM that operate outside the 800 MHz band, possibly migrating existing AMPS mobile users in the 800 MHz band to the new frequencies and thereby freeing spectrum resources to support fixed subscribers.

For the subscriber, the DIVA-2000 offers:

A standard telephone interface the allows as many as five standard telephones to be connected as extensions. The DIVA-2000 SU can thus be located to provide the best reception, with internal phone lines routed on-site as is most convenient.

High voice quality as furnished by the digital speech compression algorithm used in the DIVA-2000. Digital transmission further implies that the voice connection is not subject to the noise or audible fading that can characterize analog wireless links.

Battery backup, providing telephone service even during power black-outs. In emerging markets, this capability may be a necessity due to the uncertain quality of the power system infrastructure.
