Our 2-part introductory class is designed to give you a foundation of skills and techniques that will immediately improve your photographic skills. We won't bore you with complicated technological terms and you don't have to have a fancy camera.

In Part 1, we'll be reviewing what to look for in a camera, what the settings mean, and how you can make them work to your advantage. We'll talk about how to avoid red-eye, getting natural reactions from your kids, and how to have images with impact.

In Part 2, we'll cover some basic editing techniques, and focus on what to do with all those images stuck INSIDE your camera and computer (storage, backup, printing, and other options). And you're invited to bring in some of your favorite photos you've taken for a friendly critique and some Q&A.

Stefanie Blue and Nikkie Achartz met in 2007 while training under the same photographic geniuses Rod and Robin Deutschman. Currently, I am conducting a workshop with DK3 Studios where we will cover simple techniques using only one light to create dramtic and professional photographs. Once you feel more comfortable than we would build off our one light to two, three or even four light setups.
The workshop is a 2 hour long session that allows you to get good hands on experience and be able to ask any kind of questions you might have about lighting, posing, makeup or anything else that comes to mind.

i have a mint condition Iwata (cmc+) airbrush system for sale I purchased this equipment in feb. of this year. I went to the store and asked for the best he had and he recommended this equipment. I didnt know anything about airbrushing and i still dont know anything about it which is the reason i think someone else could benefit from it better than me. i paid around $440 for this airbrush and im selling it for $340 . ive used it only three times and its waaaay over my head, i dont have time to master this thing. ill also give you the accessories that i bought also such as : thinner, masking film, liquid cleaner, and some paint.

so if you planned on buying an airbrush system, it would be a good idea to pick this up because it is mint and you would be saving some money. i will not deliver. this is for pickup only.

I use NEW tubes EVERY TIME!!! Thats right, a safe tattoo is more than just a new needle...
I take every measure possible to avoid any sort of cross contamination, I put sanitary wrap on everything from the knob on my power supply, to under my place mat.
I use NEW Nitrile gloves EVERYTIME! Nitrile is a type of material similar to Latex gloves, but is the safer alternative because certain people might have an allergic reaction to Latex.

Well, the answer is anything that will let me express my creativity and learn some cool and interesting new things while doing it! I am a 27 yr. old female SENIOR at SDSU. I will be recieving my B.A. in Art in December. My emphasis is in Mulitmedia Design, meaning I have done a little bit of everything! I have found very few opportunites for Internships, so It's time to take matters into my own hands.

Dreamweaver CS4 ( css and xhtml profficient )

Illustrator CS4 ( I can whip you up some pretty fun vector graphics for whatever your heart desires)
Letterpress ( this is such an old and slow process, but the final product is just so rad. Its worth the time.)
Art history ( and man, I have taken ALOT of these classes! put my knowledge of our great artists and their work to use)

Glass Blowing ( okay I have never done this, but think its awesome)

I am just a young lady looking for something productive to do with my free time and perhaps expand my portfolio. I have a car, it works great and I always have gas in the tank. I have a cellphone, the bill is always paid, so never have to worry about getting a hold of me. Basically, I'm a reliable, hardworking artist just trying to find her niche in this great big world. Once again... I am willing to work UNPAID... however, if you do offer me compensation I would gladly accept. I would even settle for a delicious sandwich once in a while, I'm pretty flexible on this issue. This is a serious listing and looking for serious replies... no jokesters or people trying to waste my time, I really just want to work!! Thank you and goodbye.

Aspiring authors club

Hi, I am an aspiring author and am seeking other authors to form a writers club. I have participated in one previously and it was an enjoyable learning experience that challenged me as a writer and I seek to recreate that positive experience in a new setting. I've looked into other groups in the area but none seem practical or they require monetary installments to participate, that's not what I'm looking for and I expect there are others in my situation. So here is what my group would be about:
It would be free; I don't want anyone�s money
We would meet weekly, at each others' homes or at a cafe, wherever we agree on
The group would be small, we couldn't do much more than a half dozen because after that a group would be too large to be helpful to anyone
Two members would read each week and the members of the group would provide constructive feedback
We would rotate reading members so that everyone gets an equal chance to participate
I have a prepared a short guide as to some common sense rules which I will e-mail to you once you have contacted me
I am a young author (in my twenties) but there is no limit as to age or genre for this group it is simply a way for authors to help each other grow and perfect their art
Lastly, though I am in El Cajon this does not mean this is where the group must meet, we may all end up in the same area or we may end up having to meet in different locations for each session
